This week, I wanted to highlight some of the videos that have really resonated with people on their weight loss and fitness journey. Why?

Because so often, we forget about the simple things that can change everything.

Whether you are new to the blog or tried and true readers, these 3 videos will make your journey easier and more inspired.

First up, is one of my favorites: Stop Caring What Other People Think! Weight loss is never just about calories and working out everyday – it’s about so much more. This video is for those times when you need to check yourself – get back in touch with what makes you happy. It’s my core belief that every woman should feel awesome in her skin.

Once I was able to shed what other people thought of me and started honing in on what I really wanted in life, it became much easier for me to adopt a better way of eating and being healthy. The biggest thing I always tell clients is that you have to set yourself up for success. It’s a must. One of the best ways to do that is what I call: cook once, eat twice. By having a plan and batch cooking at least part of your meals, you save time, energy and money. This video makes it super easy to get started with my step-by-step guide.

Have you ever felt frustrated because you were doing all of the right things (eating well + exercising) but still not getting the results you want? I’ve been there and remember not understanding why things weren’t changing in my body the way I wanted them to. This is why I think it’s so important to fully understand the 80/20 rule and what it means for getting the results you want.
