Let’s face it – healthy weight loss needs to happen while we’re living our life – NOT while we pretend to exist in a bubble of everything always going smoothly. I don’t know about you but as much as I try to be fully prepped with veggies and healthy options if I’m out and about it doesn’t always happen.

Have you ever found yourself wandering around a mall only to realize that it’s been wayyyy too long since you’ve last eaten and you’re starving? That happened to me the other day.
