So, it’s almost March, and if you are anything like me, then some of your New Year’s resolutions may seem like a distant memory.

As the year goes on, we get busy – driving our kids to various activities, daily household chores, our careers, times with friends and family – being the CEO of our lives takes over, and, often, our weight loss goals take a back seat. We want to keep going – of course, but there doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day.

And you know what? It’s OK.

Why?

Because I’m declaring March the new New Year.

And because I want you to know that you can begin again – at anytime. You can make any day your new New Year and decide to reignite your commitment, celebrate your wins thus far, and keep going on your journey. Every step counts.

And for many of my clients (and me, too!) this begins with snacking.

I am always asked just what fuel keeps me going for my busy days, endless to-do list, running my business, and as mama bear to my two kids.
