Sometimes it can feel like your body just doesn’t make sense – I totally get it. I used to feel that way too and then I started to learn and do a ton of research on what happens with food + exercise and the impact both have on our bodies.

What did I learn? Well, small bites can have a big impact (watch this if you tend to like candy) – bigger than you think.

You’ll notice in the video below that I compare everything to bread. It’s not that I think bread or carb’s in general are bad, I don’t at all – it’s that bread gets a bad wrap and yet we’ll eat “no fat” and “gluen free” and “healthy” foods without considering the quantity or density (how many calories) of what we’re eating.
