Stop People Pleasing & Change Your Life (and your weight)

Here’s the deal – when we’re stuck trying to live our life by someone else’s rules or by trying to make everyone around us happy we’re often left miserable, burnt out and feeling pretty blah about life.

I think this is why there are so many wine jokes on facebook!!

Over the past year I’ve adopted more of a WTFC attitude and honestly, it’s worked wonders. I feel freedom that didn’t exist for me when I was younger. Back then I was much more concerned with what others would think of me. You’re going to have to watch the video to learn what WTFC means ~ I hope you do! I’d love to hear your thoughts.

*Warning* If you’re watching this with kiddos around or at work put your earphones in as I think I drop an f-bomb or two.

So, for any of you who’ve been caring a little too much about what others think, what would happen for you if you just simply decided to pay more attention to your own thoughts and feelings than theirs?

Drop down into the comments box to see what I decided to adopt the WTFC attitude for. Plus I’d love to her where and how you might be able to apply this in your own life!

Good message(s), and I find I am distracted by your sunglasses – it’s hard to connect with you and what you’re saying when I can’t follow your eyes. Something to consider for future vids. TY

Point well taken Rachel – thanks for the feedback. There was another video shot the same day sans sunglasses, so stay tuned!

    Jennifer,

LOVED THIS MESSAGE! In the grand scheme of things, WTFC. At 51, I have finally reached this point. Now to put it into action and live it every day. The only one that matters is myself; not my husband, not my kids, not my friends, not my clients….ME. Am learning to fully embrace this mantra and hope it helps.

Thank you for putting it so succinctly.

    Lynn
