I’m currently in NYC for a week spending time with my business coach + mastermind sisters. I love these intensives as it’s a chance for me to get stretched beyond what I’m comfortable with and also have any of my limiting beliefs challenged.

Let me tell ya – these women don’t tolerate any BS as they know negative thoughts can be the only thing getting in the way between where you are and where you want to go.

Now typically I’m pretty good at managing my thoughts and staying out of that negative zone but I’m human and of course some of those crappy thoughts sneak in – can you relate?
