YOU WANT CHANGE BUT MAYBE YOU ARE WORRIED YOU WILL HAVE TO:
Go Paleo. Or become Vegetarian or Vegan.
Omit complete food groups.
Cook different meals for yourself + your family.
Consume a wide variety of supplements.
Exercise like crazy + for 2 hours a day.
And you don’t know if you have the energy for that, your life is already so busy. I get it.
That’s just not the way I work.
