A few years ago when I was overweight and running on the treadmill wearing my baggy shirt and ball cap, I remember talking about my weight frustrations with a friend of mine.  I was complaining about the fact I was working so hard but not seeing any progress.

She said, “Maybe you eat too much?”…

Me (stunned silence)…, “Um, no. I eat really healthy.”

Her – “Well, it’s not like you can spend more any more time on the treadmill – you’ve got two kids, you’re busy!”

Me – “I know. I think I just need to get more fit”

Her – “Well, (sympathetic smile), good luck….”

What’s funny is that I hear this exact same complaint from so many of the women I talk to. Maybe you’re even reading this and nodding along.

That’s why I want you to watch today’s video – it’s all about denial. I was in it. And if you’ve been trying to lose weight and can’t you’re probably in it too.  The good news is that there’s an easy way to get out of it and I share exactly what you need to do.
