Banana Coconut Smoothie

There are times when I need to grab a “meal” on the run and this is one of my most favourite green smoothie inventions!! Super yummy.
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup coconut almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana (or the whole thing)
  • ½ tsp (or more) of coconut extract
  • as many handfuls of baby spinach as you like
Instructions
  1. Blend the ingredients together, add a few ice cubes and enjoy!
