When you say yes to yourself and tell fear to take a backseat – real change occurs and results happen.

But, so often, we say no and our own lists of “why this isn’t a good time…” take over. Even as a weight loss and fitness expert, I can come up with excuses why not to do something.

In this week’s video, I’m letting you inside what it was like to recently train for a marathon – from the mornings I didn’t want to do the super long runs to all the ways I rationalized why this wasn’t a good time for this challenge.

You are not alone in your fears. I have them, too!

That’s why I want to share with you just how powerful saying yes can be, and what is possible when you take action.

Where can you say yes? Is there something you’ve been wanting to do but keep putting it off? No matter the goal – big or small – go for it. The how will always work itself out.
