Kale Chips

I get asked a lot about what kind of snacks I eat. Kale chips are a standard in my household (my kids love them too). Here’s a quick and easy recipe for you to try:
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of kale (use the curly kale, it’s less bitter)
  • Olive oil spray
  • Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees ~ line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper
  2. Rip the kale leaves off of the tough middle stem.
  3. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale
  4. Spray lightly with the olive oil spray and sprinkle with the salt
