Vacation and weight loss – is it realistic?

I get asked a lot about how to stay on track when going away for business trips or holidays so I made a little video about that as I tend to travel quite a bit too.

Often it’s easy to get consumed with thinking that you “need a treat” or want to indulge while away but that can often lead to frustrating feelings once you’re back home and see the number on the scale.
